  • Self Actualization (opportunity to use talents):
Once every two months employees will have an opportunity to use their gifts and talents through competitions we as a company will create relating to their positjon.

  • Esteem (confidence and respect):
Respect your co-worker and employees. Achieve challenging task that you can achieve

  • Social (relationships with other workers):
Once a month, no work, just get together and have fun as a group. Do group projects.
Security (safe working environment): ID’s will have to be worn. Dress code: companies matching t-shirt logo on it, jeans or caki. Sign in/out in front door.
  • Physiological (water, food, shelter, basic needs):
Have several vending machines in the company. In case of weather alert, everyone hides in the basement; food would be served in the café.
